VocoTV

Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These terms apply to subscriptions purchased through VocoTV, operated by VocoTV LLC, United Kingdom. Email [email protected] with questions about your order.

Read these terms together with the plan information provided before purchase, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Check the price, currency, duration, connection allowance and device requirements of your chosen plan before paying. Your order confirmation records the subscription purchased. Contact us before ordering if any detail is unclear.

You need a suitable device, a compatible player and an internet connection capable of supporting your chosen playback quality. Third-party player licences, equipment and internet access are separate purchases unless expressly included in your order.

We accept card payments, Apple Pay and cryptocurrency through the payment options offered for your order. Check the amount and any disclosed charges before confirming. For cryptocurrency, use the exact asset, network and destination supplied for your order.

Our activation target is 5–10 minutes after payment is confirmed. Payment verification, blockchain confirmations or technical problems may cause delays. If access details have not arrived, check your spam folder and email support with your order reference.

Access runs for the subscription period stated in your order. Renewal is manual: you must choose to renew and make a new payment. We do not automatically renew your subscription or charge for another term.

If you do not renew, access ends when the purchased period expires. Any new price or plan conditions will be supplied before a renewal purchase.

Keep your access details private and use the service within your purchased connection allowance. Do not resell or redistribute access without a separate reseller agreement. Do not infringe copyright, interfere with systems, commit fraud or unlawfully bypass access restrictions.

Where misuse or a security risk is identified, we may restrict access while investigating. Action must be proportionate; where appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Any applicable refund or consumer rights remain protected.

Playback can be affected by your device, player, internet connection, home network and source content. These factors do not excuse failure to supply the service as agreed. Report faults with your order reference, device, player and a description of the problem.

Our setup guides provide supporting installation information. Do not send payment security codes or wallet recovery phrases to support.

Our additional seven-day refund policy covers a service that is not working. See the Refund Policy for the process. It does not replace statutory rights concerning cancellation or faulty, misdescribed or improperly supplied digital content or services.

UK consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right. For digital content supplied during that period, loss of the cancellation right requires express consent to early supply, acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation. Accepting these terms alone does not record that separate consent.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers outside the UK retain mandatory protections applicable to them.

Updated terms will be dated on this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where required.

Send complaints to [email protected] with your order reference and the outcome you seek. Copyright concerns can be submitted through our Copyright & DMCA procedure.
